Essential Oils As A Natural Form Of Healthcare
I was first introduced to essential oils while in school for massage at The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC back in 2005. I was totally hooked to the life-enhancing benefits of these volatile aromatic compounds. Since then, I’ve been incorporating them into my life and my private massage business.
As a mom to 2 young kids, I feel that I have to find the balance between western medicine and natural forms of healthcare. I believe there IS a time and a place for professional help, but our culture needs to claim our health back and moms need to be empowered to follow their gut when it comes to discerning something wrong with their child.
Ever since May of 2015, my mission has been to bring even more health and wellness to the people by teaching Essential Oils classes in Boulder and it’s neighboring towns and empower individuals to be the healer in their own homes. Each class runs approximately 45-60 mins and during the class I will give you a hands-on experience. I explain what essential oils are and how to use them. Most importantly, we discuss how they can help bring wellness and health to you and your family naturally, safely, and effectively.
