Our Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper tissue layers of the body to resolve both chronic and acute pain problems within one’s structure and is highly recommended to rehabilitate any injury.

This approach, with the use of breathwork, is used to increase blood flow and to release trigger points (intense ‘knots’ of muscle tension that refer pain to other areas of the body).

When you book your Deep Tissue Massage, you can also select add-ons to work on specific areas of your body, such as the Hand & Arm Add-On or the TJM Treatment Add-On.

Most often, in this treatment, I’ll be using my trusted brand essential oils to address different issues and concerns.
