What is Far Infrared?

Far infrared light is the frequency of invisible light generated naturally by the sun and emitted by your own body. Unlike other wavelengths that can be harmful, infrared light is in the “safe zone” with wavelengths that benefit the human body.

How are far infrared rays created in the BioMat?
